Terms of sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through grind-keepers.com between Nico Stolz (“we”) and the customer (“you”). We sell to consumers and to businesses.
2. The contract
Displaying the journal on this website is not a binding offer. By completing the checkout and pressing the payment button you place a binding order. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email.
3. Price and payment
The Goalkeeper Journal costs €29.99. Shipping is included up to a set amount; if delivery to your address costs more, the difference is shown as a surcharge before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
No VAT is charged (small business exemption under Austrian law). Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
4. Production and delivery
Every copy is made after you order it. Please allow a few working days for production plus delivery time to your country. We deliver worldwide.
Customs duties or import charges outside the EU are not included and are payable by you.
5. Faults and damage
If your journal arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you. Statutory warranty rights are not affected by this.
6. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions in your country of residence.
Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Nico Stolz, Kärntnerstraße 47, 8700 Leoben, Austria, support@grind-keepers.com — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
